Our twin-screw fish feed extruder, also known as floating fish feed machine, is widely used for producing high-grade aquatic feed pellets for various species including fish, catfish, shrimp, crab, and lobsters.

We offer two types of fish feed extruders: dry type and wet type models. The production process includes feeding materials, extruding, forming, filling and cutting, drying, oil spraying, and packing to produce both floating and sinking fish feed pellets automatically. The extrusion degree can be adjusted to influence floating time as required.

Fish feed pellets typically include both animal and plant proteins:
