Our fish feed/pet food extruder production line is a fully automatic integrated equipment designed for high-efficiency feed processing. It is suitable for producing floating & sinking fish feed (for tilapia, catfish, shrimp, trout) and dry/wet pet food (for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits). With a production capacity of 500KG/H-10t/h, it supports free switching between single screw and twin screw (single screw for small-scale production, cost-effective; twin screw for high output, uniform pellet quality, suitable for large-scale factories). The whole line adopts stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets food-grade standards.

Working Principle(工作原理)
1. Raw Material Mixing: Put corn flour, soybean meal, fish meal, vitamin, mineral and other raw materials into the mixer, and mix them evenly to ensure that each pellet has balanced nutrition.
2. Extrusion Molding: The mixed raw materials are sent to the screw extruder, and under the action of high temperature (120-180℃) and high pressure, the raw materials are gelatinized and extruded through the die to form pellets of different sizes.
3. Drying & Cooling: The extruded pellets are sent to the dryer to remove excess moisture, then cooled to room temperature by the cooler to prevent caking and moisture regain.
4. Sieving & Packing: The cooled pellets are sieved to remove broken pellets and impurities, then automatically weighed and packed by the packing machine, ready for storage or sale.
